Labor Warranty

Total Pro Services LLC. stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a labor warranty on all installation and service work performed, subject to the following terms:

Coverage:

  • This warranty covers labor performed by Total Pro Services LLC. for installation, maintenance, or repair of mini split systems.

  • Labor warranty does not cover parts, components, or manufacturer defects. These are covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Duration:

  • Labor warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of completion of the work.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, natural disasters, or improper operation of the system.

  • Any work performed by unauthorized technicians or third parties.

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect system function.

Limitations:

  • Warranty applies only to the original customer and the property where work was performed.

  • Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of labor provided by Total Pro Services LLC.

  • This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

How to Make a Claim:

  • Contact Total Pro Services LLC. at 913-302-8720 / sales@totalproservices.net with proof of service and a description of the issue.

  • We will schedule an inspection and, if the issue is covered, correct the problem at no additional labor cost.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

All mini split system components installed by Total Pro Services LLC. are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Important:

  • Total Pro Services LLC. does not provide any parts warranty.

  • Total Pro Services LLC. is not responsible for registering products with the manufacturer.

  • Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for all claims related to defective parts, equipment malfunctions, or manufacturer coverage.

  • Any labor, shipping, or other costs associated with manufacturer warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise covered by Total Pro Services LLC.’s labor warranty or maintenance plan.

  • Total Pro Services LLC. does not guarantee manufacturer performance or response times.

By proceeding with service or installation, the customer acknowledges that all system component warranties are handled solely through the manufacturer.
